Following its incorporation in June 2024 as TKCS Business Process Services Pvt Ltd, DBA TKCS Community, the organization will onboard maximum 51 candidates as interns across different departments.

Duration: 

3 to 6 months

Work Schedule: 7 Days a week (Choose to work any 5 days)

Work Window: 9 AM - 8 PM (Choose to work any, minimum 3 or maximum 6 hours)

Shift Hours: 6 Hours of shift

Compensation: During the 3-month duration, interns will be eligible for incentives based on performance. 

During internship

1. Get trained by industry expert/department head 

2. Get sessions on grooming and personal development sessions 

3. Work in live projects 

5. Learn reporting tools

7. Learn and understand the Industry defined KRA and KPI’s

8. Deserving Interns will also get LinkedIn recommendation letter 

9. After Completion get a chance to work permanently in TKCS 

Benefits After 3 months (or after internship completion):

Salary Range: 7000-22,000. Please note that in the first year we will appraise your performance twice. Post first year it will be once a year. 

Work Hours:9 hours (including 1 hour of break)

Weekly Off-2 Days  

Date of Salary Credit shall be 5th of every month before 6PM IST
